| ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: | Brad Schneider, The Growth Coach of Central Ohio With 20 years of organization development experience, Brad Schneider has coached and developed leaders in businesses in the manufacturing, professional services, financial, IT, and retail industries. The Growth Coach provides him the opportunity to apply his vast coaching and organization development experience to help small and mid-size organizations to exceed their personal and organizational goals. He has earned the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Practitioner in business strategy implementation, business process design and implementation, and leadership coaching/development. |
| COST (for all 6 sessions): |
Chamber Members: $250 per participant Participants will be expected to complete program exercises between sessions that apply to their job. Successful participants will receive a 100 Series Certificate. The program will run from 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. for six Wednesday mornings beginning September 23, 2020. Non-Chamber Members: ($325 for non-chamber members) |

| Entrance and Parking Instructions
The Harding Centre is doing some work to the brick facade on the front of the building, which will cause some road/sidewalk/entrance closure at different times during the Supervisor Six Pack 100 Series Training. To avoid the closure, please park in back of OR to the west of the Palace Theater. Enter into the Harding Centre from the West Center double front doors. Proceed into the foyer and to your left you can take the elevator or staircase to the 2nd floor Ball Room. |
