Manufacturers Council VIRTUAL Meeting

Due to the 10 person mandate still in effect, Manufacturers Council meetings will be held virtually until mandate is lifted.

TOPIC: Employer Resource Network (ERN) 
   
DESCRIPTION: A low-cost, shared resource to help improve employee retention and productivity.
  • Reduces the demands on HR and management staff.  
  • Save Money on recruitment costs 
  • Provides a confidential onsite Success Coach to be a direct conduit to social services. 
The Success Coach works with employees to eliminate non-work related barriers that may put them at risk of losing their job, such as:
  • Attendance/Job Performance
  • Financial Debt
  • Transportation
  • Workplace Conflict
  • Childcare
  • Housing
  • Family Challenges
  • Substance Abuse
