The Marion Matters, Employer Resource Network, Program is a low-cost, shared resource to help improve employee retention and productivity. Member businesses have access to a Success Coach, who work on-site to assist ERN® employees. ERN® will provide a 10% discount to all Chamber Members who are new or currently using the network.

The Employer Resource Network provides:

  • Provides a confidential onsite Success Coach to be a direct conduit to social services.
